Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with QS bed in one, DS bed in another and bunk beds in the third. Light and bright modern kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Open plan living area with new LCD TV, DVD, stereo and PS2. Bi-fold doors open onto sunny balcony with treetop views. Separate bathroom and laundry. Kitchen/ dining opens out onto big, covered BBQ area at the back.
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with QS bed in one and Double/ single bunk in the other. TV in QS room. Smaller living area, with small table and TV. Large, separate well equipped modern kitchen. Bathroom with toilet and shower.
The kitchens are fully equipped including heaps of plates and cutlery so you don't have to keep washing up. Lots of doonas and pillows are provided. Bring your own sheets and towels if you wish, or you can rent them ($15 per person). Teabags, plunger coffee, sugar, salt and pepper are provided, as well as tea-towels, soap, wash-cloth, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and scourer.
Approx 900m easy walk from Rye Yacht Club, beach and shops. 5 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and golf courses.
