"THE AVENUE" is a beautiful double story split level apartment with modern fittings and comfortable contemporary furnishings throughout, the decor is comfortable and stylish you will feel at home as soon as you step inside.

Mattresses are of the highest quality to ensure your stay is relaxed and rested. Bedroom 1 has a Super comfy Queen size bed. The apartment also has a sofa bed for extra Guests, so can sleep up to 4 in total if required. Luxury Bedding, Linen, Towels and guest amenities are provided, so you only need bring your own personal items.

Relax in the spacious lounge room on comfortable sofa. The Property comes complete with a TV, DVD as well as CD/ Stereo player. Off the lounge is a private courtyard with outdoor setting where you can sit and relax.

The Dining table can seat 4 Guests with ease. Our Kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and has everything you will need including full size refrigerator.

The main bathroom is modern with luxury towels
(x2 toilets one upstairs and one downstairs). Fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities;
