The Hill House is conveniently located opposite the Relais-Chateau hotel Jonahs - ideal for a cocktail at sunset, an impromptu dinner at its popular restaurant, or the perfect wedding reception. The house is surrounded by plant-filled courtyards, landscaped terraces, and the beautiful beaches, walks and waterways of Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Pittwater.
The Hill House is furnished in a striking combination of contemporary, tribal and antique pieces sourced from around the world - Mauritania, Papua New Guinea, Central Africa, Australia and Europe. The feel is relaxed, elegant and understated.
Sophisticated accommodation for up to 8 people
The Hill House can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedroom suites - Clay, Russet, Ficus and Heather. Each luxury bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and its own private courtyard. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are separated from each other by a central corridor or a change in level. The homes double-brick construction affords additional privacy.
The central corridor falls away from the front door down the hillside in a series of steps, arriving at a magnificent double-height reception room which opens to a covered terrace, specatcular swimming pool and the Australian bush beyond.
The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living areas, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, security shutters on all windows and a burglar alarm. There is parking for 4 cars.
The house is not suitable for children under 10 years old, or those who cannot navigate steps and inclines. Parties, pets and smoking are not permitted.
Hill House is an approximate 50-minute drive from Sydney CBD. However it is also possible to fly from Sydney to Palm Beach or Whale beach

We had a fantastic time at The Hill House. The house is very spacious and clean and looks exactly like the photos. The house is perfect for large families or four couples (bathrooms in every room is great!). We would love to come back!

The Hill House was outstanding for our recent holiday. So good, in fact, that we barely left the house for 13 days! The layout was exceptional, with 4 spacious bedrooms complete with their own ensuite and mini courtyard ensuring that the 'quarters' were as comfortable as the living areas. The house never felt crowded due to the volumous lounge and the pool and terrace being a effective extension of the beautiful home. A stunning place to both live and holiday.
