Charming, clean cottage with fireplace and picket fence in a quiet street, sleeps 6 comfortably. It is an easy 7 min walk to the lovely Jetty Road white sand beach, shops and cafes. Only 10 min walk to the cinema complex.
Master bedroom has a new queen size bed, 38cm LCD TV and BIR. Second bedroom has a double bed and BIR. Open plan lounge/dining room with polished floorboards and open fireplace contains a Double sofabed, dining table for 6, 51 cm LCD TV/DVD cabinet. Fully equipped kitchen with pantry, microwave, stove, fridge. New bathroom tastefully tiled is fitted with a bath, separate shower, wash basin, tapered glass wall mirror. Separate toilet/laundry with handbasin and washing machine. Outdoor timber deck and swingseat for entertaining. In winter, snuggle up in front of open wood fireplace or turn on gas ducted heating. In summer, ceiling fan and small aircon in lounge will keep you comfortable. The property is fully fenced, so you could bring a small pet with you, or let the children play safely outside.
