Large fully equipped kitchen with meals/living room with wood burning heater and comfortable leather couches. Large separate sunroom with luxury leather couches, large dinning room table ideal for entertaining (seats 10). 80cm stereo TV, DVD/VCR Player (selection of latest DVDS something to suit all tastes), stereo sound system/xbox, plenty of board games for adults and kids and piano for those with musical talent.

All bedding is supplied including pillows, doonas and doona covers. Bed and bath linen is not supplied so you need to provide your own top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and hand towels. Bed and bath linen is available upon request - surcharge applies.
