Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a meals/living room with wood burning heater and comfortable leather couches. Large separate sunroom with luxury leather couches, large dinning room table ideal for entertaining (seats 10). 46 inch LCD 1080p TV, DVD/VCR Player (selection of latest DVDS something to suit all tastes), stereo sound system with ipod dock, xbox with plenty of games, there is also a wide selection of board games for adults and kids and piano for those with musical talent.
Bedding supplied includes pillows, doonas and doona covers. Bed and bath linen is not supplied so you need to provide your own top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and hand towels. Bed and bath linen is available upon request - surcharge applies.
Fully fenced large back yard for kids and four legged friends. Even a pet enclosure.
Well-behaved Pets allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms.
Large outdoor decking area under verandah and six burner BBQ for entertaining.
Double lock up garage for two and four wheeled friends and table tennis table to keep the kids busy.
