“Redsands” Shellharbour is beachfront holiday accommodation for up to four people, ideally suited for family holidays.
Shellharbour is a charming township on the south coast of NSW, 25km south of Wollongong and 100km south of Sydney.

It is situated in an unbeatable location where you walk to the patrolled surf beach (50 metres), shops, cafes, restaurants, ocean pool, parks, fishing spots and the Ocean Beach Hotel.
- Surf, swim, walk, fish or build a sand castle on Shellharbour South Beach only 50 metres from your door.
- Close to Jamberroo Recreation Park.
- Browse through the village’s boutiques, home wares shops and many cafes.
- Enjoy a stroll along the walking track which passes your front door and leads to Bass Point.
- Drive to the "Illawarra Fly" and take in the view.
- Buy fish and chips and eat it in the park at the harbour.
- Have surfing lessons.
- Play golf at Shellharbour Links, Port Kembla or Calderwood golf courses.
- Take a leisurely drive to Kiama, Gerringong/Gerroa, Jamberoo or Berry.
- Minnamurra rain forest has an elevated walkway through the rain forest leading up to Minnamurra Falls.
- Follow the tourist drive up to Saddleback Mountain.
- Go Go-Kart racing at Kembla Grange.
- Go on a Top Gun flight from Illawarra Regional Airport.
- Have a bet at the famous Dapto Dogs on a Thursday night.
- Book into a diving course and explore Bushranger’s Bay at Bass Point.
- Drive to Robertson to check out “Robertson’s Famous Pie Shop” and the Big Potato.
- Take a scenic drive to Mt Keira Lookout and stop at the Nan Tien Temple on the way back.

Shellharbour Village Craft Markets on the second Sunday of each month,
Kiama Seaside Market on the third Sunday of every month, Kiama Produce Markets on the fourth Saturday of each month,
Berry Markets on the first Sunday of each month.

Location

The surrounding area offers rainforest walks, stunning drives and scenery, golf courses, markets (gourmet & craft), museums, fishing, diving and small coastal and country towns to visit.

Kiama (14km), Gerringong/Gerroa (25km), Jamberoo (20km) and Berry (37km) are all worth visiting whilst in the area.

Lake Illawarra, Bowral, Robertson,the "Illawarra Fly", Minnamurra Falls, Windang Island, Blackbutt Forest Reserve, Mount Keira Lookout, Jamberoo Recreation Park and Killalea State Recreation Area are also nearby.

“Redsands” is a self contained, two bedroom ground floor apartment.

The terrace opens from the loungeroom and onto the beachfront reserve.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

Full kitchen facilities including an oven and dishwasher.

There is a TV with a DVD player.

Travel cot available on request.

Off street parking for two cars - room for a boat.

All linen is provided including sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, doonas, towels, beach towels & tea towels.

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, with permanent neighbours.
Redsands apartment is best suited for a great family beach getaway.
