The townhouse has a living area, ducted r/c aircon, bathroom with spa bath, 2nd ensuite bathroom plus downstairs laundry with 3rd WC. Gourmet kitchen, 2 Q/S beds plus 2 king sized single beds, under cover lock up 2 bay parking with sensor lightin/remote opening and direct entry to tounhouse , phone.

The townhouse is located in stunning Belvedere Estate in East Perth. Enjoy a drink on your upstairs balcony and take in the view of elegant townhouses lining Tully Road.

Bedrooms all have phone points for internet access (You must have your own Australian dial-up internet account) plus a digital TV/DVD player. Free local phone calls are included. They each have a luxurious pillow-top bed fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and quality doonas and pillows to make your sleep as comfortable and restful as possible (2 king singles in one room, a queen-sized bed in each of the other two bedrooms).

The main bedroom has a ensuite bathroom. A bedside phone is supplied.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and luxury spa bath. In a separate room is the WC. Both bedrooms have mirrored built-in robes, and one room features two luxurious pillow top single beds.

Downstairs has a gourmet style kitchen which is fully equipped with cooking utensils including microwave, toaster, full-size fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, dishwasher and gas stove. Dining table and setting for eight is also supplied.

The laundry is fitted with automatic washing machine and porcelain tub, quality iron and ironing board. Clothes can be dried in the dryer. A separate third toilet is situated off the laundry area.

Downstairs, the living area has a luxurious modular lounge and is equipped with widescreen digital TV, DVD/CD. A wall phone is also fitted downstairs.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning to all living areas and bedrooms provides a super-quiet climate control for your comfort.

If you have your own vehicle, there is lockup parking with remote roller door for two vehicles available for off-road parking.

Secure keyless entry allows for 24hr arrivals and ensures that everyone in your party can have access to the property at all times.

This property is a two storey townhouse with a private courtyard and street front entry.

The property is serviced at the end of each tenancy and the linen is changed weekly for stays of longer than two weeks.

This East Perth townhouse is close to the Perth city centre and freeway system. It is an ideal central location for the business or holiday traveller.

Stroll to the Swan River and follow the riverside park around to Claisebrook Inlet and the vibrant East Perth cafes, restaurants and bars. 24 Hour fast food and groceries are available within the East Perth precinct. The Riverside Burswood Park Public Golf course and State Tennis Centres are approx 3 minutes drive from the townhouse as is Belmont Park Racecourse, the WACA, the Royal Perth Hospital and the Interstate East Perth Train Terminal.

Within approx 5 minutes drive you can be at the Perth Convention Centre, the WA Museum and Art Gallery, Northbridge Club and Cafe strip or Burswood Casino.
The Domestic Airport is approx 15 minutes drive and the International approx 25 minutes. Scarborough Beach is approx 20 minutes drive.

The electric train station of Claisebrook is within a short walk and provides free rail to the CBD and a free city (CAT) bus service is also available from near the train station and also from the Claisebrook reserve end of Royal St.

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay in the East Perth Townhouse. The property was very clean and tidy, only a short distance from the river, park, IGA supermarket and close to the freeway. It was just perfect for many reasons: having your own washing machine and dryer, a double garage in which to secure our car and trailer, the spa bath to relax in, the welcome drinks in the fridge, nice linen and big comfy beds and no need to carry door keys because of the combination lock on the front door are just a few. We look forward to using this property again."
