This holiday home is situated on a double block with plenty of lawn to play cricket or kick the footy. Under shade entertaining area and table tennis table in the double garage. Inside has a spacious living area downstairs with kitchen/dining. Upstairs consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The best part of staying at Cornwall Retreat is the beach only 200 metres away.

3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one with spa bath, separate large lounge area with TV & DVD, Split System airconditioning, Kitchen/Dining area with Dishwasher and microwave. Outdoor shower perfect to wash sandy little feet off before entering the home. Fully fenced yard with outdoor setting and BBQ facilities. Table Tennis Table is located in the double garage.

Home is also suitable for the boating enthusiast. Plenty of parking at the property and the boat ramp is only 800 metres further along Church Street.

Bedroom 3: 1x Tri-bunk & Trundle.

Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay. (Sheets, towels & pillowcases)

Linen & Towels can be hired for an additional fee.
Doonas & Pillows are provided.
