This warning will not effect the vast majority of people enquiring, if you would like any clarification please feel free to contact us directly. This is a quiet, residential neighbourhood. Please DO NOT enquire if you plan to hold Bucks/Hens events, Schoolies holidays, Uni Parties, or you are under the age of 25 etc.
This home sleeps a maximum of 8 - neighbours will complain if more people arrive, and a fee of $250 per additional person per night will be withheld from your bond if you choose to bring additional guests.
At the first instance of noise complaints after midnight, police will be contacted. If police are forced to come a second time during your stay, you will be asked to vacate forfeiting any outstanding nights stay and any fines will be deducted from your bond.
