Mt Martha Beach House

Description

Located on Mount Martha Point with fine views of the bay including the heads. The beaches of Mount Martha and Safety Beach, Mount Martha Golf Course and shopping centre are five minutes drive by car. We recommend you bring a camera, telescope or binoculars for your stay. Please note that no smoking or pets are allowed inside the house.

The house features 2 bedrooms that can sleep 5 comfortably. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Bunks and a single bed located in the second bedroom. The house features a living room and dining area with bay views and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a single bathroom plus a laundry. For your enjoyment, there is a deck with bay views and a downstairs playroom (accessible from outside) for children. This room can also sleep an additional 2 persons (double futon) and can be made available by arrangement at additional cost)
