THE RESORT
This coastal resort is situated at sought after Sapphire Beach within the beautiful region of Coffs Harbour, with direct beach access. Heated swimming pool, children's wading pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, tennis court, fitness room, BBQ Beach hut, Al Fresco restaurant and cocktail bar.

THE APARTMENT
Ideally suited for couples, the one bedroom apartment is located over two levels. On the lower level, the master bedroom features air conditioning, Queen bed, Bathroom with spa bath. The upper level features the open main living area, leather sofa bed, LCD TV, dining, kitchen & balcony with amazing ocean views. Upstairs is also airconditioned.
The apartment has a full sized kitchen for all your catering needs and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Outside...only the pictures can tell the story. Enjoy the million dollar view while gazing over the solitary islands looking for the northern & southern whale migration from your own balcony during winter and spring months.

GETTING THERE
Coffs Harbour is the perfect destination boasting Australia's most temperate area, where the mountains reach the sea and the area is protected from cold winds by the mountains. There are more hours of sunshine than areas to the south, and less humidity than areas to the north.
Situated approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. With a flight time of just 60 minutes from Sydney, 45 minutes from Brisbane or a mere 1 hour and 50 minutes direct flight from Melbourne.
Drive time from Sydney is approximately 6 hours and 4 hours from Brisbane.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Coffs Harbour abounds in activities both ocean and land based. From whale watching, fishing, (beach, rock & estuary or deep sea), sailing, scuba diving, surfing and swimming to 4WD Tours, white water rafting, horse riding, golf, tennis and a pet porpoise pool.
