Built in 1910 for Dr Gollan and his family this magnificent building housed his consulting rooms and substantial residence. Addition in 1919 of the North West Spire only enhanced the building.
In 1948 with the taking on of a new partner the building was separated into upstairs and downstairs and then eventually into 5 flats.
Currently being restored to its former glory with some luxuriously appointed rooms now available including:
