Relax and enjoy the spacious layout of our Flourish Boutique Accommodation, conveniently located in a village precinct of Hobart, only a few minutes from the CBD of the city. Housed in an early 1800s, Heritage Listed Georgian Building, Flourish now boasts a state of the art interior with a flair for design and personal touches that will make your stay both special and memorable. We treat all our Guests as if Family is coming to stay, with added extras to make you feel most welcome. Flourish Boutique has been lovingly restored. You will find comfortable and stylish surroundings, embellished with an array of original Artworks, Collectables and quirky Antiques.
Our Boutique has two Queen size bedrooms, allowing for a special family stay. This is a self contained cottage allowing for self catering with a great kitchen and serious cooking facilities. Pick up your provisions @ the Gourmet deli / providore, 2 mins walk away, or if you wish to dine out, amble to an array of Cafes and Restaurants nearby. As expected in a building of Flourish's stature, the living spaces are generous and with a 42" Television for your viewing pleasure, Flourish will meet all your expectations.
The local village atmosphere is enhanced with an variety of Cafes, renown Restaurants and the Famous Cascade Hotel. You will find all your needs catered for, within easy walking distance, including a News-agency, Gourmet Deli, Bakery, Health food Store, Post Office, Hairdressers, Beauty Therapies and local attractions, such as the Famous Cascade Brewery and Salamanca Markets just 5 mins away.
Flourish Boutique Accommodation is annexed to Flourish Gallery and Giftwares, a boutique shopping experience in itself. Award winning artists and local artisans works are enhanced with a selection of decorative home wares, specially chosen to provide a feel of \"la Grande experience\". A brief walk and you will find Antiques, bric a brac, vintage wares, a local monthly market as well as several other beautiful gift shops within the local precinct, allowing you a chance to relax and enjoy the comfortable pace Hobart has to offer.
The CBD of Hobart and Salamanca Waterfront are a comfortable 20 min Walk away. You will enjoy the leafy, Historic walk along the Rivulet, look out for the the resident Trout and the Sculpture Trail when it is Exhibited.
Nestled beneath The lofty Mt Wellington, South Hobart is a lovely suburb, which has many attractions in it's own right. You will enjoy a visit to the Women's Factory. The Famous Cascade Brewery, gardens and Restaurant. A 20 min Drive will have you at the summit of Mt Wellington, enjoy the views or take in a bush walk, there are plenty to choose from. Finish your day dining at one of the local Seafood or French Restaurants.

The Advertised Tariff for Flourish Boutique includes 2 guests Twin share. The 2nd bedroom will be charged @ $30 if required. Extra Guests are charged $30 pp per night. Flourish sleeps 5 Guests. We have 2 x Queen size beds 1 x Single bed. A Port o cot is available @ $10 p night. All linen supplied.
