Coral Gables is ideal for getaway for several couples or a fantastic holiday to enjoy with family or friends. All our guests are greeted on arrival and given a tour of all the facilities.

As you walk through the door you feel welcomed by beautiful polished timber floors and generous living spaces which flow out to the huge entertaining area overlooking the fenced saltwater pool and waterfront.

There is an ideal spot on the deck or walk down to the jetty and throw a line in and perhaps catch dinner.

With 2 levels of living and a fantastic airconditioned games room upstairs with pool table, tv, video, dvd, sound system and playstation II (including several games), childrens videos along with childrens and adults books you'll immediately feel your on holidays.

Fourth Bedroom - 4 Single Beds with Airconditioning.
There is also a Queen Size Bed in the airconditioned games room upstairs.

There are several living spaces with luxury furnishings for you to relax in after your big day out shopping, visiting the many theme parks or maybe that round of golf at the many world class clubs within a 10 minute drive.

The stylish fully appointed kitchen with quality appliances overlooks the outdoor entertaining area, saltwater pool and canal (pool and canal are fully fenced for your children's safety).

There is a remote control carport with access to park your boat and the property is fully fenced and gated for your childrens safety.

The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.

All amenities are included e.g. soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, washing powder etc.

A highchair, baby car seat and pram are available complimentary.

All linen and towels are provided including beach towels.

20% deposit within 7 days of booking
25% bond (fully refundable)

The property is to be left clean and tidy before checkout.

Cleaning of property is included in total price (subject to the property being left in good order).

Charges will apply for check-outs later than 10am.
