Enjoy an escape from a busy life in this two storey, north oriented beach cottage, positioned on a quiet street overlooking a leafy valley. Grab your thongs, the beach and local cafes are just a pleasant stroll away. When you have soaked up the sand, sea and sun, a fresh and airy house awaits you, where you can fire up the barbie and relax in the garden with a cold drink.

Living:
Two semi-shaded courtyards flow off the living spaces and are perfect for alfresco dining, with a large barbecue area and outside dining tables. Inside, a spacious living/kitchen area is equipped with a full kitchen (brand new dishwasher), big comfy lounges, a large TV (DVD, + nintendo gamecube to keep the kids happy...) and a good sound system. A cosy fireplace keeps the house toasty warm in winter. The sun-drenched balcony is perfect for relaxing during the day and watching the sun set with a glass of wine in the evening.

Sleeping facilities:
Downstairs has one large bedroom with a double bed and rumpus space, with an independent bathroom and shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 with 2 single beds) and a shared bathroom with small bath/shower combined. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs and ample cupboard space in all rooms.

Location

Copacabana is ideally located, a mere 10 minutes drive from Terrigal and Avoca and an easy 1.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD.

Copacabana is close to a host of things to enjoy; 20 minute drive to Erina Fair Plaza for movies and shopping and a 10 minute drive to Terrigal and Avoca Beach for cafes, lazy beach shopping and a lovely old cinema at Avoca. For those more adventurous there are plenty of fun activities- swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, boating fishing and bush-walking. Also at Copa you'll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.

Nearby Kincumber contains all the shops, supermarkets you will need and for the sports lovers, a driving range and access to Brisbane Water for water sports. But if its relaxing you have in mind then there is nothing nicer than Copa beach for surfing and swimming (the patrolled northern end of Copa beach has a rock pool perfect for snorkelling and paddling for younger children).

What to Bring

You will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, (We can supply bed linen for an extra cost). Also bring everything you love to eat, drink, read and watch and some good company to share the experience with!
