Description

Seal Rocks is a raw and ruggedly beautiful place on the NSW North Coast. ‘Lot 3’ is a beach house designed and built by Castlepeake to embrace the qualities of the area. It is constructed of raw materials including rammed earth, polished concrete, plywood sheet, galvanised steel and corrugated iron and offers a different experience to the conventional house. It is made up of two separate pavilions which open to a private grassed courtyard and the national park beyond.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably in two queen sized bedrooms and a large bunk room which contains 6 custom-made bunks. It has a large open plan living / dining area, two bathrooms (one with a freestanding bath) and a small laundry.

‘Lot 3’ is 300 metres to Boat Beach and has close access to 4 other untouched beaches including well known surf spots Treachery and Yagon. There are beautiful bush walks including one to Sugarloaf Point lighthouse and easy access to nearby Myall Lake. The area is also well known for its diving, snorkeling and fishing.
