Nestled on 24 acres at the foot of the Nuggetty Ranges with spectacular views over the Northern plains, the Cottage provides a peaceful and serene retreat.
Situated just 3 minutes drive from the historic goldfield town of Maldon with its cafes and boutique shops, the cottage abuts the Maldon Commons, just perfect for a liesurely bushwalk, or sit on the shady verandah and watch our abundant birdlife.
Built from local stone in the traditional “ragstone” manner of the area it is fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms, one queen and one double. All beds have electric blankets and cosy doonas - extra blankets provided. Full kitchen facilities and a BBQ make it easy for you to self cater.
The cottage is heated by a Ned kelly wood heater and also has a reverse cycle air conditioner.
Sun dried linen and a self-catering breakfast are included in the tariff.
