Living areas: The formal lounge room has a modern soft, microsuede lounge suite, TV, DVD and PS2 & sofa bed; Rumpus room has a modern leather lounge suite, billiard table, sofa bed, plasma & DVD.

Kitchen: Well contained kitchen including appliance cupboard, microwave, espresso maker, serving platters, wine & champagne glasses, ceramic and plastic plates and cups & more.

Eating areas include a formal dining room with a solid oak dining table surrounded by 8 leather scroll back chairs, a meals area with a modern kitchen table and 6
microsuede chairs, a kitchen with 4 kitchen stools and a huge 10 seater glass and aluminium outdoor setting + a 6 seater. A high chair and booster are also available.

Bedding:
Quality Jason brand quilts in all bedrooms.

Bed 1- the Tulip room – Queen size bed in gold tones. Includes modern ensuite

Bed 2: the Oriental room – a striking room decorated in an oriental theme with a King or 2 king-single beds.

Bed 3: the Mocha room - 1 double bed and 1 single bed (bunks) decorated in modern brown tones

Bed 4: the Beach room - 2 single beds (bunk) with a modern beach theme.

Rumpus room: queen sized sofa bed
Lounge room: sofa bed (double, but smaller than standard)

LOCAL FACILITIES

The beach is situated at one end of the street and a shopping centre is at the other end of the street just around the corner.
The shopping centre has Safeway, butcher, Bakers Delight, fruit and fine foods shop, Subway, KFC, fish and chip shop, Priceline chemist, Chinese restaurant and takeaway, dvd store, pizza shop, bbq chicken shop, Donut King, and a day spa to mention a few.
The beach is approx 700m from the house, and the shopping centre would be slightly more. There is also a milkbar (incl. fish and chip shop) located on the street and another milkbar/coffee shop opposite the beach just at the end of the street.

There are a few boutique wineries in the area, a golf course and various restaurants and shops.

A new indoor swimming pool situated around the corner at the end of the street with great childrens pool with slide.

There is a Maze and Mini Golf entertainment just over 5 minutes drive, and for a great day out, the Adventure Park with large water slides is under 10 minutes drive.
