THE HOUSE
Anchorage Beach House suites families, couples, girls\' weekend away, or visitors to the area / nearby family. Everything is provided for a very comfortable, relaxed holiday including:
* fully equipped kitchen with new appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, electric frypan and rice cooker;
* large reverse-cycle aircon + gas heating;
* 2 bathrooms & full laundry
* new beds in most rooms
* new audio system and digital LCD TV
* selection of books, games, DVDs
* large BBQ
* off street carport
* private and peaceful setting on huge 2/3 acre block
* recent refurbishment

Anchorage Beach House main upper level includes kitchen & open-plan living overlooking Pt Phillip Bay and opening onto a full width deck. Three spacious bedrooms (1x queen; 1x double; 1x twin) with large built-in robes are on this level plus substantial family bathroom. The queen bedroom has full bay views.
Full laundry, separate toilet and shower are on the lower floor.

For larger groups, there is also the option of the additional rumpus areas on the lower floor (details below).

STANDARD RATES provide access to the main 3 bedroom area of the house - MAXIMUM 6 guests (adult + children).
Rumpus is available for up to 2 extra guests to TOTAL 8 MAX.

Conditions of rental are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING both in all internal spaces and outside on the upper deck.

A port-a-cot, bath, hi-chair and stroller are available for babies and infants but WE DO NOT RECOMMEND Anchorage Beach House FOR TODDLERS - due to the high deck and lack of boundary fencing.

SORRY - NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO STUDENT / UNDER 25 GROUPS.

LARGE COMFY RUMPUS area is available for additional $50/night (year round price), includes ONE extra guest.
SECOND guest $20/night adult: $10/night child to 14 yrs.
