A plump 3 seater ducksdown Moran sofa, two luscious butter yellow club chairs which are divinely comfortable, a Rolf Benz duck egg blue leather lazy boy and a fantastic wing chair, together with lamps, dimmer lights, a huge plasma screen television and long opium coffee table make this lounge something resembling a touch of the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron and the Royal Bombay Yacht club.. Very clubby, comfortable and exclusive!
The lounge itself leads out onto a fantastic sandstone patio which has long water views across the Marina and a fabulous INFINITY EDGE sandstone pool with healing spa jets and a water feature. The Dining area is off the lounge and has space and style with an antique table, dimmer lights and wonderful décor. The lower level of this terrace has its own powder room for convenience..
The kitchen is spacious and caters for any style of holiday cooking with stainless steel full size refrigerator and dishwasher, convection oven and separate microwave.. Lots of cupboards filled with all the necessities of life, fine china and glasses.
On the upper level is a master bedroom with views over the sea. Decorated with flair and again a masterful nautical theme of antique galleons and clippers. An extremely comfortable King Size Captains bed awaits, wonderful side lamps and a view of the moon or the sunrise as you prefer! An ensuite with a bath for candlelight and champagne, a shower makes this area complete.
The second queen size bedroom has the most beautiful hand carved sleigh bed in Tasmanian Oak. This spacious room with fabulous thick pile Royal carpet has access to a large main bathroom which has a bath/shower combination, tiled in antique terracotta and white. A separate toilet on this level makes life easy and private..
