The Cottage

Description

Situated 100 metres from Portsea Oval, 600 metres to front beach and shops and 1 km from surf beach. This lovely and original fisherman's cottage has recently been renovated to complement it's authentic style. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunks and second T.V sleeping 8 in total (or 9 with baby). Baby's porta cot & high-chair available. The lounge is small but cute with open fire place. Split system/aircon/heater. TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD. DVDs and videos available for children & adults. Fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a separate toilet inside and an outside laundry. A small but sunny dining room seating 8 leads on to open deck with BBQ and table setting for 6/8. Front covered verandah with seating for 8. Large fully-fenced garden & lawn area with swing set for the littlies

Bedroom Configuration

Bedroom One - Queen bed with side tables and lamps, chest of drawers with large mirror, rail for hanging clothes, side table and wicker chair.

Bedroom Two - Two sets of bunks, large and small chest of drawers, mirror, club lounge chair and floor cushions, TV with DVD and VCR plus lots of kids movies. Hooks and hangers for clothes.

Bedroom Three - Queen bed with side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, chair, wall hooks and hangers for clothes.

Fire Wood and Pets

There is a large wood box provided for your use on arrival but if you run out extra wood will need to be purchsed from Sorrento or Blairgowrie hardware stores at around $13 per bag.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to accept one night bookings on FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights from June to August.
