"Bright Seas Beach House", 15A Cambridge Terrace, Brighton. 1 house from beautiful Brighton Beach and a short stroll to the Jetty, Surf Lifesaving Club, cafes, restaurants and shops.

This is a spacious self-contained ground level house is attached to a large 2-storey Villa, circa 1930's, completely self contained with it’s own entrances, private backyard, etc. Recently totally restored, with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry (washer & dryer) Polished jarrah floors, high ceilings, and lots of light and all white paintwork with a beach theme. There are two bedrooms, one queen sized and the second with a double bed plus single bunk above, together with a trundle bed. (Sleeps 6) There is a rear deck with an outdoor shower, lawned backyard, clothesline and built in gas BBQ. This is a lovely, roomy home for entertaining, or just lazy days relaxing. Outdoor entertaining areas seat 6-8. (Please note, photograph of 2nd bedroom has not yet been changed.) The local tennis club is a couple of streets away.

The living room is spacious with big comfy couches TV, CD and DVD player, plus a dining setting. There is an eating "nook" in the kitchen that has full cooking facilities together with Bosch dishwasher and microwave. There are lots of interesting antique bits and pieces combined with modern couches and other decor. The bathroom has a full bath/shower, vanity and toilet.
The 2nd bedroom contains an iPod Docking Station for the kids.

There is a large, glassed front verandah, with outdoor setting for six, ideal for al fresco meals or a glass of wine and to watch the sunsets.

Jetty Road Brighton, a short walk away along the beachfront, has many trendy restaurants, cafes and shops to browse in, plus a hotel and famous fish & chip eatery. The Supermarket and Brighton Shopping Centre is 2 streets away on Brighton Road. The bus stop and train station are at the eastern end of Cambridge Terrace. There is no undercover car park, but parking is freely available in the street, with Glenelg 5 to 7 minutes and Westfield Marion 5 minutes away by car.

There is a $450 Security & Damage Deposit required to confirm your booking. You can provide your Visa/Mastercard details as a holding deposit, or post us a personal cheque or money order.

Your Deposit/Bond will be returned to you upon departure, provided no extra cleaning or damage is evident when we inspect upon leaving.

The property is cleaned before your arrival and after you leave.
We meet our guests upon arrival to exchange keys/rental.

All to have a 4 night minimum stay requirement year round, with a 7
night minimum stay requirement over the Christmas/January School
Holidays.
