"Lights Landing" Unit 24, 3 Chappell Drive, Glenelg. One apartment building from Glenelg Beach at the end of Anzac Highway, between the Marina & Colley Reserve.

This is a high security, very stylish modern apartment on two levels. Entry is by security key lift and there is a remote control to the ground floor garage with parking for one car.

The main level is completely ceramic tiled open plan; the kitchen having a large benchtop servery equipped with stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. The light filled, delightfully spacious dining and living area adjoins, with a sofa bed contained within the seating area. Full width windows and glass doors lead out to the balcony overlooking Colley Reserve and the Rotunda, and at one end of the balcony, views of the open sea. The perfect location for coffee or a glass of wine. . A separate laundry and cloakroom with second toilet and hand basin are located on this floor.

The upper level contains two very attractive, carpeted, queen sized bedrooms and the bathroom with vanity bench and toilet. It also has a private balcony off both bedrooms.

There are car parking stations nearby to this apartment if you are entertaining or expecting visitors. Jetty Road Glenelg shopping with all the cafes, hotel, boutiques and restaurants, etc. is a pleasant walk away around the reserve. There are also a number of waterfront specialist fish restaurants etc. within easy reach of the apartment. The bus and the Glenelg Tram are all close by.

There is a $300 Security & Damage Deposit required to confirm your booking. This will be returned to you within 48 hours of your departure provided no extra cleaning or damage is evident when we inspect after your departure. The properties are cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.

We meet our guests at each property upon arrival to exchange keys/rental.
We do not accept credit cards, but you can send a deposit by cheque, or postal money order, or make a direct bank deposit to our account.
