Description
A light and airy open plan holiday cottage with level access and large glass doors opening to the peaceful lush garden from every room. The Central kitchen opens onto the lounge and dining areas, with a clear view of the large covered outdoor patio with gas BBQ.
The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge and is fully equiped for cooking. The gas BBQ is a great option for outdoor cooking. The living room is north facing, with TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, and lovely cane furniture.
The main bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has double bed with a single bunk overhead. Third bedroom/side sitting room has a fold out double bed. All rooms have generous built-in cupboards and posturepaedic mattresses.
Pillows, doonas, blankets and bed protectors provided. Bring your own sheets and towels.
The house has 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, 1 outdoor hot shower, 1 laundry and washing machine
With level access for 2 cars and no stairs, it is ideal for young children and elderly. There is a fully set up kitchen, and outdoor hot shower to rinse off sand from the beach, this house is perfect for the family or small groups.
Great Location
"Macswaters" is in a quiet street with views to Copa headland, 500m stroll from the main Macmasters beach with beach patrol, children's pool, play ground, surf club and dog friendly area.
Or you can walk to the north about the same distance to reach Cochrane lagoon in the middle of the beach. Take a lovely 15 min walk along the beach to Copacabana where there are several cafes and restaurants.
Bouddi National Park is full of lovely walks from 15min to 3 hrs long, with many surf beaches, rock pools, BBQ areas and quiet bays to cater for all water sports.
15min drive away is Hardy's bay, with fine restaurants, fishing jetty, boutiques and specialty shops. 3 min drive from the house is a small general store. Shopping and entertainment possibilities are endless within 15 minutes drive to Erina Fair, Gosford, Terrigal and Avoca.
Many restaurants deliver food to your home.
