Bi-fold doors open onto a large covered entertaining area providing 8 seater dinning and a teak day bed. This level alfresco dinning is in view of the lush tropical garden and POOL, ideal for keeping an eye on young children!

Avalon Beach is situated 40 minutes north of Sydney's busy CBD. It has been named the Northern Beaches most cosmopolitan beach village, the place where beach goers feel comfortable shopping in a bikini and surong!!
Avalon Village offers boutiques, cafes, restaurants, cinema, surfshops, supermarket, library, art gallery, yoga/pilates studio and many homewares shops.
The village is easily accessed by a walkway/bike path locally known as the 'Yellow Brick Road' which runs parallel with Avalon Beach.
