Informal lounge area with white leather lounges, white plantation shutters, large plasma TV, FOXTEL, DVD, VCR and reverse cycle air-conditioner.


The kitchen/breakfast room is equiped with all modern appliances, stainless steel ilve oven, gas cooktop & stainless dishwasher. Bi-fold doors open onto a large covered entertaining area providing 8 seater dinning and a teak day bed. This level alfresco dinning is in view of the lush tropical garden and POOL, ideal for keeping an eye on young children!

Large gas BBQ is located on adjacent deck close to the kitchen.

Avalon Beach is situated 40 minutes north of Sydney's busy CBD. It has been named the Northern Beaches most cosmopolitan beach village, the place where beach goers feel comfortable shopping in a bikini and sarong!!
Avalon Village offers boutiques, cafes, restaurants, cinema, surf shops, supermarket, library, art gallery, yoga/pilates studio and many home-wares shops.
The village is easily accessed by a walkway/bike path locally known as the 'Yellow Brick Road' which runs parallel with Avalon Beach.
