Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a trundle , this room opens onto the downstairs verandah area. The other bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom and laundry are located downstairs also.

All rooms in the house have been painted, with new bathrooms, flooring, verandahs and kitchen.

The house has rear parking space and sleeps a maximum of 7 people.

The house has a dishwasher, air conditioning, refrigerator, two televisions, stereo and two DVD players. There is also an outdoor setting on the upstairs verandah with gas BBQ.

The house is located on a fairly steep block and surrounded by bush and native garden.
