The Harbour house is a 2 storey duplex style home with 2 separate and self contained living areas. sharing only a foyer and the huge grassy yard the house has separate entrances, and can be used as one large home accommodating up to 8 persons, or may be rented separately and privately.
Divided into 2 areas, "The Loft" takes over the entire top floor and is a very spacious 1 Bedroom luxury apartment suitable for couples only.
"The Main House" (or entire ground floor) is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained apartment that accommodates up to 6 people.
Situated amongst a small group of some of Apollo Bay's most upmarket properties, The Harbour House is only paces from Apollo Bay main Street and shops, golf course, Main beach AND Marengo Beach, Barham riverfront, the playground and the Great Ocean Walk.

The Loft

The very spacious top floor loft is a luxury haven for couples only. With huge and comfy King Size bed, gas log fire, leather lounge suite, wrap around balcony with shared ocean views, it is perfect for that romantic break away Winter or Summer. Cook up a storm in the well appointed modern kitchen, and sample some local wines and fresh seafood from the Harbour store just around the corner, enjoy a BBQ on the private deck or take a few steps into town and sample some of the local restaurant fare!
Organise a side by side relaxation massage in the privacy of your own lounge room or have us organise one for you. Fill the complimentary picnic hamper with goodies and find a quiet corner of the beach on which to hide away from the rest of the world for a while - just the two of you! Guaranteed not to disappoint, the loft is the place to enjoy a most memorable time away.

The Main House

Taking over the whole ground floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the Main House. 2 Comfy Queen sized bedrooms, and two singles in the third bedroom, all with built in or walk in robes, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Gas heating, and double glazed for staying cool in summer. The main house is ideal for couples sharing or for a larger family. With great outdoor entertaining area, and BBQ facilities the Main house is a great affordable getaway. With it's fabulous position just steps away from town and the local restaurants and cafes, the beach and barham river estuary, public playground and foreshore, the house is perfectly positioned to explore all that Apollo Bay and the surrounding area has to offer. With direct access to the huge grassy yard area, why not stay and enjoy yourselves without going anywhere else!
