Bedroom 1: Queen bed, built in robes, views and sliding door to the deck

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and plenty of room for a portacot if required (byo)

Bedroom 3: Two bunks (i.e. four singles - these are brilliant for kids, OK for adults)

Bedroom 4: Newly built with a queen and a single bed, ensuite bathroom and views

There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy the quality furnishings and fittings, including a new kitchen which has everything you could want with a full range of appliances and cooking essentials. There is a new gas BBQ on the deck. The outdoor hot and cold shower is perfect after a trip to the beach.

No groups under 25 years of age, no smoking and strictly no parties or pets.

Local Facilities and Attractions

Located between Avoca Beach and Macmasters Beach, with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD).

Copa has one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and a wide range of local amenities: coffee shops, restaurant, wine bar, general store, liquor shop, newsagent, bakery, hairdressers etc.

Copa is only a 15 minute drive to the huge Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and 5 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with more restaurants and cinema.

For golfers its only 10 minutes drive to Kincumber driving range and also shops, supermarket, Cinema, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports.

Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa you'll find a whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.
