This well equipped luxury holiday house will accommodate up to 10 persons in 5 bedrooms. With ocean and island views from the top two floors and 3 balconies ,and close to the beach it is a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. It is ideal for one or two families or even 3 couples(each bedroom with ensuite). It is a leisurely stroll to Campbells Beach over the sand dunes and Sebel Aqualuna's restaurant and bar are next door. The new Moonee Beach Shopping Centre is 3 k's up the road.
The house is on 3 levels and the lower level includes rumpus room/bedroom (with a king/twin beds) opening to a private courtyard.It has a bathroom,bar and lounge area with TV-ideal for children or an extra couple.There is a separate fully equipped laundry and a 4WD friendly remote double garage with an extra parking space.
The middle level features an open plan gourmet German kitchen with stainless appliances , granite benches and a spacious dining area There are 2 lounges (one with an LCD TV). One living area opens onto a large balcony with hooded BBQ and ocean views. There are also 1 twin/king bedroom (with ensuite), 1 twin bedroom and one double sofa bed bedroom.
The whole upper level is a luxurious master bedroom suite consisting of queen memory foam bed ,TV/DVD, bar and table/chairs,balcony with magnificent island views, walk-in wardrobe,study area with desk-wireless broadband is provided- and luxury ensuite with spa bath.
We respect our neighbours , so schoolies, parties and loud music are not permitted.
