This cottage is ideal for a laid back beach holiday. Clean, comfortable and loads of fun!

Only metres to Avalon's surf beach, Close to golf courses and a short drive to Palm Beach, Whale beach and beautiful Pittwater. Close to shopping centres, Clubs and Public Transport.

The Avalon Beach House has three (3) bedrooms plus a large open plan kitchen/Dining/Living area all enjoying the beautiful views of the Ocean and Beach. Two (2) bathrooms (one with spa bath) and two toilets with modern kitchen with Dishwasher and and DeLongi appliances. Laundry with washing machine and dryer completes the picture.

Most rooms have brilliant expansive views to the Ocean, beach and village of Avalon. A large balcony allows you to enjoy the spectacular scenery including the occasional dolphins and whales swimming by and the surfers take off at this famous surfing beach....A true spectacle!
