Allport Cottage

Description

Allport Cottage was completely refurbished and refurnished in December 2007. It has two bedrooms, 100 year old polished floors throughout, a modern kitchen with all the mod cons of home, and a dining table that easily seats 6 people. Through double doors from the kitchen is the fully enclosed outdoor entertaining area, with BBQ, outdoor table & chairs, and a swinging chair. The bathroom offers a double spa with a 2-metre long vanity and mirror. The LCD TV has a DVD player and stereo attached. The laundry "nook" hides a large modern washing machine, dryer and trough. The inviting front porch is a lovely place to sit on a sunny afternoon and watch the world go by.

Allport Cottage does have an open fireplace that can be used, however it is not an efficient form of heating and is purely for aesthetic purposes only. If you feel that you would like to have an open fire during your stay at the Cottage, there will be a levy to cover the cost of supplies.
There is, however, electric heating throughout the Cottage that there is no levy on.

PLEASE NOTE - The tariff listed is base on ONE couple per night. Every extra guests incurs an extra tariff per night. Please check with owners for tariffs.
