The Living Room, with comfortable sofas and a TV, CD DVD player and stereo. Foxtel is installed & includes several packages, Sports Channels Showtime Movie & popular channels, this is included in the rent. You have a sheltered balcony ideal for enjoying the evening breeze with your glass of wine.

Bedroom one boasts a queen sized bed while bedroom two features a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds, let us know if you require the single beds and we can have it prepared for you. All linen and towels are provided. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lights.

The light and bright Bathroom has a shower cubicle and a separate bath for your total relaxation.

Other features of this lovely residence include a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and air conditioning/heating.

There is a lock-up garage provided for one vehicle but for those who prefer the convenience of public transport, a bus stop is located just around the corner.

A bond of $1500 is required to secure this property which is available for short or long-term bookings. The bond is returned at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A mandatory departure clean fee of $250 is required.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. Low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest is over the summer and Xmas holiday period.
