This gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained cottage has a beautiful ambience of old worldliness, peace, aroma and is secluded behind a beautiful garden.
It is located close to the heart of Echuca.
Lady Jeans Cottage is in a perfect location, just a few minutes from Echuca's indoor pool, the ticket for a cool swim or spa.
Right next door to the cottage is a park for the kids to enjoy or relax and just have a BBQ.
The main shopping centre is only 3 blocks away. Golf course, Movie Theatre and Restaurants are also close by.
Not forgetting the Mighty Murray River which is great for fishing, boating or taking a paddle steamer ride.

The cottage comprises of two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and a celing fan as well as an ensuite bathroom comprising of a walk in shower, basin and toilet.
In the second bedroom there is a queen bed and also has built in robes and ceiling fan.
There is a second bathroom just down the hall with a full size bath and shower over the bath.
The main living area is open and spacious with a fully equiped modern kitchen.
A shady verandah is just the place to relax and take it easy at the end of the day and the BBQ area is great for any out door entertainment.
The beautiful cottage garden surrounds the cottage and fills your senses with colour and fragrance.
The cottage has a washing machine, ironing facilities, clothes dryer, dish washer and large fridge also a garbage disposal unit.
There is a DVD player and large screen TV.
The kitchen is well equiped with fan forced oven, cook top bench and microwave oven.
There is a refrigerated air conditioner, ceiling fans and gas heating.
All linen is supplied for your convieniece.
All baby needs catered for including porta cot.
