Description

This sumptuous, free standing, resort-style retreat has a European appointed kitchen, one honeymoon style suite with a double shower ensuite and a twin spa bath overlooking the beach. It features a further two double bedrooms on the ground floor looking directly over the beach, which is but a few meters across a grassy stretch directly on to the sand. A pool table and entertainment area provides relaxation for those wishing to stay indoors. When the weather is calm, the expansive top floor area delights the resident with an almost uninterrupted 360° panorama which takes in the escarpment as well as the beaches and ocean.

From the living areas, enjoy an uninterrupted ocean panorama, a 200° vista which is the equal of anything in the world. Sunbath on any one of the 3 levels, or step out a few paces into the Olympic size saltwater ocean pool or dip a toe into either of the two patrolled surf beaches.

The rock shelf provides an extensive variety of marine life awaiting exploration, whilst the rock fishermen enjoy wetting a line. Given the usually favorable surfing conditions, scores of surfers from all over the world entertain the observer most days.

First Landing Point is strictly for adults and older children. No smoking is permitted on the premises.

First Landing Point caters for one couple in the honeymoon suite and 2 other couples or children sharing the double bedrooms on the lower level. A double garage takes the vehicles out of the direct salt air.
