'Kaihin' is a fabulous apartment on the Esplanade - the beach is at the front door, cafes, restaurants and shopping in either Glenelg or Brighton are a short stroll as well 3 outdoor areas for your own entertaining.
The beautifully appointed rooms all have uninterrupted sea views and there are two bathrooms and off street parking.
Fish for whiting at dusk - if the cruising pelicans don't get them first or sip champagne on the upper verandah as the sun sets.

We stayed for 7 nights at Kaihin.
The layout over the 2 levels made the most of the ocean view ,was spacious and easy to keep clean and tidy.
The location was excellent being walking distance to Glenelg along the esplanade with a large choice of restaurants and shops. We were able to fully relax after some busy days attending the Australian Irish Dancing Championships.
It will be a memorable stay as our son won and is now National Champion for 2012.
We would definitely recommend Kaihin for a relaxing stay with excellent facilities included.

A friend and I stayed here in March 2011. It is a lovely property, well appointed, stylish, comfortable and extremely convenient to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. The view over the ocean was hypnotic, many hours seemed to slip away as we sipped a champagne, enjoying the view! I recommend this property without hesitation, and would happily stay here again.

Fabulous place! Our family had a wonderful stay in Kaihin - the position was superb, the place was very roomy and it felt like a home away from home. Thankyou - we will definately return.

I loved Kaihin. Everything about the accommodation was great and it was lovely sitting on the top balcony looking across the road at the ocean. It was lovely to have a place to ourselves and not be in a large complex of units. It was in walking distance to Glenelg and Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

Wow - what a wonderful place - beachside heaven - the location and facilities were amazing. The ability to walk to cafes, pubs and restaurants was even more complimented by a toddle across the road to a glorious ocean,

We were thrilled with this accomodation. The unit is wonderfully appointed and well equipped. It was a pleasure to be so close to the ocean and be able to walk each morning. The sunsets were fantastic. Our liason was very helpful. Thank you so much.

"Kaihin is a gorgeous weekend (or week)getaway; beautifully appointed with unparalelled seaviews which create the idyllic sea retreat. We loved the proximity to Brighton and Glenelg by foot - great restaurants. Not having been to Adelaide for 32 years Kaihin was a gem of a find and the water was unbelievably clear and clean!"

The Kaihin was beautiful! The property was immaculate, very well equipped, and in a beautiful location. The photo's on the internet do not do the place justice!
