The home also has a self contained unit downstairs which makes this property ideal for 2 families. Large backyard for the kids. The house sleeps 10 comfortably and will easily accommodate 4 couples or 2 families (2 couples with 6 children). Bedding consists of:-

Molly Magic's Location

Just 2.5 hrs south of Sydney and 1.5hrs from Canberra Mollymook is a fantastic beachside area and located between Ulladulla and historical Milton.
Molly Magic is located 180m from Mollymook Beach. Mollymook Beach boasts a beautiful, safe (patrolled during summer, Christmas and Easter Holidays) beach which offers great fishing, swimming and surfing, for all.
Beachside Cafe's and parks ( where the Mollymook Beach market is held every month) are close by.
The local shops are 5mins away and include supermarket, bakery, butcher, fruit & veg, bottleshop, newsagency, chemist, take-away, deli, and video shop. The commercial fishing village of Ulladulla is 10 minutes away and boasts restaurants, cafes, movie theatres and all amenities.

Attractions

The local attractions are many and include, Mollymook Beach(180m) Narrawallee Beach (1km), and Lake Narrawallee (1.5km).
Golf for all levels, at Hilltop (Challenging 18 hole course) & Beachside (Social 9 hole course). Walk or drive in the many National Parks - The Pigeon House mountain treck is a real highlight. Deep Sea or lake fishing at Burrill or Conjola lakes.
There are great restaurants, cafes and clubs that will suit all tastes and budgets. There are art & craft shops located 5 minutes drive at the Historic quaint Township of Milton.
Specific events include, the Scarecrow festival (April) and the Wine festival (August).
