It is a comfortable 3 bedroom home set in a quiet bush setting, occasionally you may find a koala or two in the gums in the front of the property or the reserve behind. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with a separate toilet and bathroom. The living area is downstairs, open plan with lounge, dining and kitchen, separate toilet and shower.
Just walk across the road for a swim on Home beach or Flinders Beach on the other side of Adder Rock. Throw out a line or watch the beautiful sunset from this small headland. Have a nice stroll in the other direction to Cylinder beach to one of the most popular patrolled surf beaches on the island.
Friendly caretaker living in a totally independant flat attached to house to collect keys.
