This very private beach house sits on a ridge surrounded by coastal flora, with vast views over the National Park and to Arthurs Seat. Situated on the narrowest part of the peninsula, it is an easy stroll to the rugged back beach coastline and a short drive or 10 min walk (approx.) to the beautiful bay beaches.
Features bright open plan living (with gas log fireplace & reverse cycle heating and cooling) - dining - kitchen (Asko dishwasher) opening out to expansive deck areas where the sounds of the ocean and the views of the coastal dunes can be taken in whilst enjoying a drink.
Includes 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. Upstairs - 1 queen (main bedroom). Downstairs - 1 double, 2 king singles (which can be pushed together to make a king bed) and bunk bed (x 2 single beds). Plus 2 bathrooms (inc. ensuite to main). Also includes second upstairs living area (plus 2nd T.V.) with balcony, laundry with washing machine and second fridge, downstairs gas log fireplace plus reverse cycle heating and air conditioning, upstairs air conditioning, BBQ and Teak outdoor table setting on deck perfect for entertaining.
This lovely beach house has a relaxed 'shabby chic' feel and is close to the Koonya ocean beach and coastal walking tracks.
