This is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with views from the balcony of the parkland below. Included is secure parking for 2 cars

The apartment is newly refurbished and has all amenities.

The lounge has:
Comfortable sofas a plasma screen HDTV. CD and DVD player and stereo.
Interesting and decorative pictures and wall art.
The kitchen has a new dishwasher, all equipment and table ware.

A bar with its own bar fridge and glasses and wash-up sink; just right for mixing your cocktails to go out onto the balcony for your night cap.

The balcony has an outdoor table and 4 chairs setting. It overlooks a village green type parkland that is part of the complex,

The bedrooms:
Main bedroom has a queen sized bed; it has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle.
2nd bedroom has a two single beds that can be joined and used as a King size bed. Let us know if this is required.
3rd bedroom also has a queen sized bed.

Each bedroom has built-in mirror wardrobes with drawers and/or shelving for storage, 2 bedside tables, each with a reading light.

The main bathroom has a bath and also a shower cubicle.

The complex has a large swimming pool, a very bubbly spa and there is also a very well equipped gym.

The apartment is in a very accessible position to and from the city and Fox Studios. It is only a short drive from Oxford Street, or St Vincent's Hospital, Darlinghurst.

There are many cafes, restaurants and good food shops on Bourke Street which is a few minutes walk from the apartment.

This is a great spot for business executives working in the city, or for a family vacation with all Sydney's delights close by.

There is a charge for a departure clean.

As this apartment is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you.
If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

Short or long term booking taken according to availability.

A bond of $2000 is required; this is returned at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment
