Shells on Sandy is a beautifully decorated new beach house which is designed to spoil you during your stay. The large open deck lends itself to easy entertaining or lazy sessions with your family or friends.
Access to the beach
Located 100m to one of the north coasts safest beaches you will never waste time in the car again. The area offers excellent walks along Woopi back beach or the grassed headland, where you can search for whales.
Many people love the village atmospehere, while knowing they are only 5 minutes to Woopi or 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour.
Accomodation
Two televisions, 2 DVD's, 4 bunk beds, 2 queen size beds and a wonderful upstairs main bedroom and ensuite make this property ideal for those with taste in mind.

We very much enjoyed our week at Shells on Sandy - what a beautiful place. We are very familiar with Sandy Beach and it was lovely to experience it from the luxury of Shells on Sandy. When the weather turned bad on a couple of days, we were able to simply relax and enjoy the comfort of this beautiful beach home. We just loved all the beachy decor - made us feel on holiday instantly. Would highly recommend.

This house is relaxation epitomised!! Love the way you feel at home instantly, sleep well to the sound of the ocean, breakfast on the balcony watching whales (not on one but two days!!!)Beautiful beach, great way to rejuvenate.

Although we had come to Coffs area for a family funeral it was nice to have somewhere lovely to stay. The beautiful beach and headland are only a few minutes walk from the house. The house was modern and very clean with plenty of room for the family to relax in. The area was very quiet. The kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. Thankyou once again Mindy and Angus, we will definately be back to Shells on Sandy.

Do I think Shells on Sandy is good value for money? A big resounding YES! I loved the tasteful décor, the brightness, open space living, and especially the wrap around veranda facing a stunning outlook towards the ocean. Whether you are gazing at a star filled evening sky or a magic sunrise, it ticked all my boxes. Thank you, Mindy and Angus, for enabling us to share it.

Absolutely perfect! We loved everything about Shells on Sandy and Sandy Beach. The house was pristine, beautifully decorated and perfect for any family holiday. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to stay there again one day.

Our family had a wonderful time at Sandy Beach. Having lived at Sandy before we were familiar with all the local attractions.
"Shells on Sandy" provided the perfect accomodation for us. The facilities and decor were ideal. Easy to look after and the outdoor area made for many relaxing and enjoyable times.
