This modern three bedroom semi-detached townhouse provides a secure and private environment for families with young children, and a high level of amenity for adults.

Bellevue Burnside provides accommodation for up to 6 adults, and for family groups can cater for up to 8 guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed, two single beds and a sofa bed if required. There are two generously proportioned bathrooms upstairs and a third toilet downstairs. The downstairs living room, kitchen and dining areas are spacious, modern and well equipped. A private courtyard is located at the rear of the house. The townhouse is modern, fully furnished and amply equipped to make your stay with us comfortable and homely. We provide linen and towels, and the house is clean on arrival but not serviced during your stay. There is secure off-street parking for one car.

Bellevue Burnside can be rented as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property, depending on needs. Rate is determined according to the number of guests and the number of bedrooms used. Baseline rate is for 2 persons using 1 bedroom.

Bellevue Burnside is superbly located in Adelaide's leafy eastern suburbs, just a 10 minute drive from the CBD and 20 minutes from the airport. There is great access to local services - with a gourmet deli and cafe literally next door. Within 100 metres can be found an extended hours supermarket, a bottle shop, a gymnasium, a medical centre, a pharmacy and an impressive selection of a la carte restaurants and takeaway outlets. The property is only 20 metres away from the bus route to Adelaide CBD.

The iconic Burnside Village shopping centre may be found just 1 km away, within walking distance or an ultra short drive. The Parade at Norwood is also only a 5 minute drive away to further cater for shopping needs and dining experiences.

Bellevue Burnside is nestled into the foothills and is on the way to the Cleland Conservation Park at Waterfall Gully, popular with bushwalkers and cyclists.

For the children, the broad expanse of Hazelwood Park is a short walk away - this park contains the lovely Burnside Swimming Centre. There are playgrounds and tennis courts within walking distance. There are 2 nearby cinemas.
