Upstairs Level:
- Main bedroom has queen size bed with ocean and lake views.
- Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and ensuite overlooking reserve and ocean.
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds plus direct access to bathroom
- New Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Lounge has reverse cycle air conditioning, 50 inch Plasma HD TV (Foxtel IQ Platinum package), DVD and CD player with modular lounge.
- Undercover balcony off lounge room with table and chairs.
- Kitchen has electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher overlooking beach.
- Separate dining room with seating for 8 overlooking ocean and beach.
- Entry from carport is on upstairs level.

- Bedroom 4 has queen size bed, TV and DVD.
- Bedroom 5 has two single beds.
- Bathroom has bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs Level:
Terrace area with gas BBQ, outdoor dining table with 8 cushioned chairs plus coffee table with 4 cushioned chairs. Large umbrellas.
Terrace area has magnificent beach, ocean and lake views and is separated from pool area by pool safety fence and gate.
Pool Level:
Large inground saltwater pool, large deck areas with outdoor sun lounges, umbrellas, table and 6 chairs plus body boards. Pool light for night swimming and entertaining.
Very private with fantastic views over beach.
Level driveway access from street at end of quiet cul-de-sac. Undercover parking for 2 cars right at front door on upstairs level. Back your car right up to front door to unload boot.
