This privately owned and built chalet in Lake Crackenback's prestigious Novotel Resort offers many luxuries inside and outside of the snow season. With a rustic, old-world feel which will automatically send your mind soaring over the Alps of Europe, Molika House is a testament unto itself. The sheer amount of balcony space is amazing! You will have views of Kosciusko's peak from the front, and uninterrupted wildlife and rolling hills from the back; and it's not unusual for a herd of kangaroo to come bounding past your back door.

With a huge open plan living and dining area, there is no need to worry about being cramped; and the beautiful open fireplace will completely warm you up on those cold winter nights. If it doesn't, there's always the central heating!

The two story chalet offers a bigger living space, with the main and secondary bedrooms on the top floor. A mezzanine separates the bottom floor and the bedrooms on the top floor which allows for a nice seating area in between. There is a third bedroom located downstairs.

The main bedroom comes complete with a King Size bed, spacious built-in-wardrobe and ensuite with 2 person Jacuzzi. There is also an adjacent room to the main room which consists of TWO King Single Beds, which also may be joined together to create a King Size bed. The third bedroom downstairs has its own pair of King Single beds, which are easily converted into a King Size bed. The downstairs bedroom also has its own bathroom. This allows for 6 adults to have a comfortable stay.

The chalet also has its own private garage which connects to the main house.
