  • "A very well appointed and updated townhouse. Back from the road and overlooks the lovely ocean beach. Accurate description of facilities and local amenities. Very comfortable with everything supplied to ensure an enjoyable stay. Undercover car parking below the townhouse. Local Peregian Beach village has excellent restaurant and cafes. Coles supermarket at nearby Peregian Springs. Plenty of touristy things to do in close proximity. We had a great time. Geoff. "

  • "This house is beautiful! 2 minute walk through the garden of the resort & you are on the beach - during the week, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The house contains everything you could possibly want, including sdea views from the master bedroom - so close, you can hear the waves! Noosa itself is gorgeous, very laid back, sandy beaches all around, & wonderful cafe's, shops & restaurants. I can also recommend the day trip to Fraser Island (we booked through the resort office). I highly recommend a stay at this house - we are certainly looking forward to staying again later in the year. It's not called the Sunshine Coast for nothing!"

  • "Just the best place! A beautifully appointed apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything you could want supplied. It was full of lovely surprises from the lush gardens to the delightful tree frogs that visited whilst we had our dinner outside. We will definitely return."

  • "Spent a pleasant week at the unit even though it rained the whole week. The unit is well set up. My 15 year old made good use of the plasma TV and we enjoyed the heated pool and spa in the rain. Great public transport at the door and it is only a short bus trip to Noosa or the markets and a pleasant walk to the local shopping centre which has some nice cafes. Would stay again even in the rainy season. "

  • "We stayed at the townhouse over the Christmas week and had a terrific time. The unit is as described, recently renovated in a group of well maintained townhouses. The living room opens out to a grassed area where our children spent a lot of time playing with other kids they met in the complex. From this point, it's a short walk, with direct access, to the beach. The beach is patrolled everyday (even Christmas Day) from 8am until 4.30pm. It's really a lovely beach and about a 1.5km walk to the township, a nice way to arrive. The kitchen is well fitted out, with everything that you could need to cook, and thankfully, a dishwasher. The master bedroom looks out over the beach, with a small balcony if you want to sunbath. The second bedroom has two single beds, and there is a shared bathroom and seperate toilet, as well as a second toilet downstairs near the entrance hall. There is a seperate downstairs shower and laundry which is handy to stop sand being tracked through everywhere. The townhouse is light and clean throughout, with good quality furniture and fittings. The pool is heated, and there are two barbeques which are free and very handy. The management onsite is very friendly, you can rent body boards and it has a small shop for items that you may need. The township of Perigian is really great, it has everything that you need so you don't have to travel too far. Great butcher, baker, hotel and newsagent. Noosa is nearby if you want to watch a movie, but it really doesn't have the same feel as Perigian. We had a wonderful time at this unit; would be very happy to come back again and would certainly recommend it as a great place to have a holiday."
