The Townhouse offers privacy, direct access to surf beach and easy 10 minute drive times to Noosa (boutique shopping & restaurants), Peregian Springs (golf) & Coolum (golf & shopping). Resort facilities include: heated swimming pool (solar & gas), heated spa, sauna, children's wading pool, barbeques, games room and kiosk/shop.

Location:

Peregian Beach is located midway on the Sunshine Coast - 10 Kms south of Noosa Heads and 10 Kms north of Coolum. The Townhouse is within easy walking distance of 'The Village' - home to fine dining, cafes, a supermarket & Peregian Beach Surf Club (great food & wine).

The area is well serviced by transport - buses, airport shuttle, taxis & limousines all run along the coast. The Sunshine Coast Motorway provides an easy 90 Kms trip south to Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast airport is a 20 minute drive and provides direct links to Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide - Jet Star, Tiger & Virgin Blue (which direct connects to NZ via Melbourne).

Local attractions include Noosa National Park and the Glass-House mountains. The Australia Zoo (of Steve/Bindy Erwin fame) is nearby at Beerwah. Australian wildlife abounds throughout.

Swimming, surfing, sun-baking is year round (local air/sea temperatures rarely fall below 20 degrees celcius). Snorkeling, sailing and fishing also are local favourites.

Attractions and Getting There:

The Townhouse's position and layout maximises the use of prevailing sea-breezes for cooling in spring, summer and autumn. Air conditioning, however, is available if needed. Heating, if required, is by air-conditioning & / or convection fan heaters.

Peregian Beach is famous for its relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and its central location to all that South East Queensland has to offer: Championship golf courses (Coolum, Noosa, Peregian Springs), Glass House mountains, Noosa National Park, coloured sands of Fraser Island (World Heritage), Hervey Bay (whale watching), and great venues including the Erwin's 'Australia Zoo' at Beerwah, 'The Spirit House' restaurant at Yandina and the art/craft markets of Eumundi and Bli Bli.

Getting there 'is a breeze'. Fly direct to Sunshine Coast airport from Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Transfers from/to Sunshine Coast airport can be by bus, airport shuttle, taxi/limousine or hire car. Alternate road travel is an easy 90Kms north of Brisbane.
