Sheets and Towels
Rates are for 2 persons sharing a queen bed and include sheets and towels. Extra persons are $20pn.
No Pets.
A guest registration form is required for all bookings. Guests are required to provide a $500.00 bond by either credit card or cash. This is to cover any loss or damage to the unit or loss or damage to equipment in the unit caused during the period of your stay. It is also to cover any excess cleaning, including deodorising of cigarette odours, which may be required following your stay. Any refund of bond will be returned to your credit card by electronic refund or to your bank by direct deposit and is available for collection from 2pm on day of departure following cleaning and satisfactory inspection of the property. Any deduction will be made from your bond as agreed on your Guest Register card. No refund of payments if Bond is not provided.
