Lorne Penthouse ... offers you a unique opportunity to relax in a stylish & contemporary 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom Penthouse with over 22 squares of living space. Large and extensive balconies provide you with the perfect setting to take in breathtaking views of Loutit Bay, the Great Ocean Road and the coastline. This apartment is only a 10 minute stroll along the tree-lined Mountjoy Parade or along the beach foreshore to the centre of Lorne.

Accommodating maximum of 6 persons.
Linen for 6 people is provided. Beach towels are NOT provided.
No rollaway or fold-out beds are at the property.
Note that the two car parking spaces are in the basement car park with one flight of stairs to access ground level.
Lorne Penthouse is located on the third floor of the Pacific Apartments complex with three flights of stairs. The Pacific Apartments complex does NOT have a lift/elevator.
Check out is 10am. Please check with owner for extended check out rate prior to stay. Minimum stay 3 nights, except Easter when it is 4 nights minimum. Summer holidays minimum stay is 7 nights.

A great place to stay with an excellent view over the bay towards Lorne. The Penthouse was a joy to stay in and we will definately go back for another visit.

It was well furnished and made for an excellent and relaxing time away for us all. The owners were very approachable and communication was good and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend to families or couples wanting a getaway.

This marvellous property is even better than the photos show. The interiors are very spacious, the views are phenomenal and the balconies go on and on. The location is great and a very manageable stroll to the shops, even for the lazy (like us), with restaurant options even closer.

This house was lovely and clean. There was no clutter and it was very tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space, with large bedrooms and out door balconies. The view of lorne, the ocean and the horizon where quite spectacular, and made for a very relaxing stay. The location was quite good, with the beach just across the road and onlya 10 minute walk into the township. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at Lorne. The Penthouse Apartment was perfect for our family. Our teenage boys loved the proximity to the pier and it was an easy walk to the cafes and shops. The apartment was very well equipped and we loved every minute :)

As some very weary mums wanting a lovely break away we were not left disappointed!! The view was AMAZING!!!
The apartment was modern and I must mention that it was impeccably clean and well furnished!
We were so comfortable there we did not want to leave!

The view over the bay is great, the location (in Lorne and within the apartment block) is very good. The apartment is well equipped and even on a rainy day a near perfect place.
Europeans might miss a standing lamp to provide a more intimate reading light in the main room.
The critical point is outside of the apartment: the staircase. There is no lift, so the stairs are the only way to reache upper levels. The apartment ins't a place for people with walking disabilities.
Talking about stairs: The staircase is noisy,and has the look and charme of a fire escape route in a cheap hotel.

We had a great 3 day stay at this apartment.
The views were terrific.The rooms were well sized and catered for the six of us comfortably. My wife loved the orange feature walls. The additional car space was a bonus.
My daughters requested extra mirrors. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Great place, clean and roomy. Awesome views of the ocean. The only problem was that it would have been nice to know that there were a basement carpark and 3 levels of stairs as we had 2 kids under the age of 2, so lots of luggage ie, portacot etc as well as the kids to carry up. Great place and location, really close to the main strip.

We had a wonderful time in Lorne, staying at your apartment. The view was awesome and your apartment simply gorgeous. We even
had dinner across the road at the Lorne Pier and the seafood was delicious.
Next time I go down to Lorne it will definately be a longer trip and I would definately stay at your place again. It is absolutely lovely and the apartment was clean and very relaxing.
