Fabulous self contained cottage on 5 acres of rural bushland, with landscaped gardens and pool. It is adjacent to the main house and complete with all facilities. The unit is adjacant to the main house, but completely separate.

There is a king bed and 1 single bed in the large bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge area.

Reverse cycle airconditioning. The lounge has a leathr 2 seater lounge and a double sofa bed/couch to enjoy 32" LCD and DVD player.

Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave etc. 900 mm gas stove and electric frypan. Four burner BBQ is just outside your door complete with outdoor setting.

There is a laundry available 24/7, adjacent to the main house, with front loading washer and drier. Washing powder is also supplied.

Situated on 5 acres and only 20 mins from Perth, staying at Rural Retreat City Comforts gives you the best of both worlds.

Garden and Pool

If you're wanting peace and quiet, but close enough to the city to take in the shows or visit your family and friends, then this is the place for you.

The pool and BBQ area is just outside your door. Perfect for summer nights dining.

The huge manicured lawns are great for kids to around or play ball.

There is an abundance of WA local wildflowers blooming on our property in Spring. Kangaroo paws, hibertia, damperia everywhere.

If a booking is cancelled, a refund ( Less $50 ) is only given if the allocated time is rebooked. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 30 days prior to booking dates.
