The beach house is the ideal place for a holiday winter or summer.
The beach house has a large fenced backyard and sleeps 12 in two separate living areas,upstairs and downstairs. Bedding is one queen size upstairs, 4 bedrooms downstairs comprising a bunk room that sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms.
Front and rear decks upstairs are a feature of the house. The decks have two completely different vistas, either the uninterrupted view of the natural bush and hills that the property backs onto or the coastal dunes and sea. The rear deck is the ideal place for a BBQ or a relaxing drink and is great to take in the winter sun.
Dogs can sleep in the garage where a dog bed and dog bowls are provided. No dogs inside though.

Lie on the beach
Swimming, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, fishing.
Visit the Murray Mouth and the Goolwa lakes
Area is great for walking along the beach to Bomboras cafe at Goolwa or towards Middleton Point. Or walk or ride the Encounter bikeway that is immediately behind the house.
Whale watching in August
Visit the cafes/restaurants/shops and pubs and beautiful Horseshoe Bay in Port Elliot. Play golf at Goolwa or Victor Harbor.

Off Peak rate is $250 per night (3 night minimum). 4 to 7 nights is same price - $1000. Dec/Jan Peak - $2400 per week. Christmas/New Year week is $2800. Easter - $2000 School Holidays - $250 per night or $1400 per week
