Featuring a large living/dining/kitchen area on level 1 opening onto an entertaining deck with views of the Ocean, Barwon River and great sunsets to the west. Level 1 also contains 4 bedrooms with ocean views from the master, a bathroom and seperate toilet. Ground level has a 5th bed/sitting room, toilet, shower and laundry. This area is ideal for teenagers. The property has TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, Microwave, BBQ and Reverse Cycle Airconditioning. Sleeping 12 it is ideal for 2 families to enjoy their vacation together. The large yard has ample room to play and park. Pets allowed with owner approval.

Located 1/2 a block from the Ocean Grove shops on the Barwon side of The Terrace. Leave the car parked and walk 400 metres to the main beach, stroll to the supermarket, shops and restaurants.
