Description

Kalinda is a modern, comfortable three bedroom cottage in a quiet bush setting, overlooking the Kanimbla Valley but within walking distance of Mount Victoria village (Imperial Hotel, Mt Vic Flicks, Deli and shops).
The house is surrounded by natural bush on both sides and from the front there are lovely views into the Kanimbla Valley and across to Kanangra Walls in the distance.

The downstairs living area features several comfortable sofas, a large dining table which seats 8, a breakfast table and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is a gas heater as well as a slow combustion wood heater (firewood and fire starters provided), ample supply of books and board games, television with DVD and VCR, stereo radio/CD player. Austar/Foxtel connected and DVD movies also provided.
Upstairs features a large master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. There is a double bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom. There is a second bathroom upstairs with full size bath. All beds have electric blankets, your choice of blankets or doonas and sheets/towels can be supplied on request.

There are a variety of excellent restaurants in the area or if preferred you can enjoy a barbeque on the deck while taking in the magnificent sunsets. The deck surrounds 3 sides of the house and captures the sunshine during most of the day. A thick swathe of bush at the front of the house gives total privacy from the street below.
